Job Description: We are currently seeking a Customer Call Support Specialist to join our team at The Digital Oxygen. As a Customer Call Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients via phone calls. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
  • Provide product and service information to clients, guiding them through our offerings and assisting with any questions they may have.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system, ensuring all information is documented and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in a digital marketing or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner, capable of building rapport and establishing trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools to manage client interactions and track progress.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help clients and ensure their satisfaction.
