Job Description: We are currently seeking a Customer Call Support Specialist to join our team at The Digital Oxygen. As a Customer Call Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients via phone calls. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
- Provide product and service information to clients, guiding them through our offerings and assisting with any questions they may have.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system, ensuring all information is documented and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in a digital marketing or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner, capable of building rapport and establishing trust with clients.
