Job Summary

Job Description: We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team at The Digital Oxygen. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for our digital marketing services. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and other sales strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with prospective clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and digital marketing needs.
  • Present and demonstrate our suite of digital marketing services, showcasing how they can help address the specific needs and objectives of each client.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to the individual requirements of each prospect, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of working with The Digital Oxygen.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer support, and project management to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
  • Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex digital marketing concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
