Job Summary
Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and proactive Telecallers to join our team at The Digital Oxygen. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in generating leads and connecting with potential clients over the phone to promote our digital marketing services. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our range of digital marketing services and generate interest.
- Conduct scripted or semi-scripted phone conversations to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of working with The Digital Oxygen.
- Qualify leads by gathering key information about the prospect’s business needs, challenges, and digital marketing goals.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for our Sales Representatives to further discuss our services and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and provide ongoing support as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets and goals.
- Ability to engage with people effectively, build rapport, and establish trust over the phone.
- Good listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to uncover customer needs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or lead management systems.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
